GRF Editor versions

[Added] GRF : More default encodings have been added as well as more default compression methods.
[Added] GrfEditor : A new tool, Text encoding converter, has been added. Its main purpose is to translate a string from one encoding to another.
[Added] GrfEditor : Map preview is now possible; the lightmap isn't going to be loaded however (but the objects can).
[Added] GrfEditor : LZMA entries will show up as purple when selected.
[Modified] GrfEditor : The Flat maps maker tool has been redesigned to work faster and the interface has been simplified.
[Modified] GrfEditor : The merging tool now allows Thor and Rgz files. Same for the diffing tool (patch maker).
[Modified] GrfEditor : Interface cleanup...!
[Fixed] GrfEditor : Grouping cut images is working as intended again.
[Fixed] GRF : Corrupted entries are no longer extracted and the corresponding warning has been brought back.
[Fixed] GRF : You can now repack from LZMA to zlib without issues.
[Removed] GrfEditor : Many settings have been removed (useless now) and the Gat editor tool has been removed as well.
